Option Cancellation Policy

PURCHASE OPTION CANCELLATION POLICY (SUBSCRIPTIONS)

This policy applies to the SKINOVA Box subscription, our monthly subscription service that includes mini samples of beauty and skin care products.

1. ABOUT THE SKINOVA BOX SUBSCRIPTION

SKINOVA Box is a subscription service that allows you to regularly receive a box with mini samples of our beauty and skin care products. By subscribing, you agree to receive and pay for each delivery according to the selected frequency.

2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can cancel your SKINOVA Box subscription at any time without penalty or additional charges. To cancel:

  • Log in to your customer account at skinova.beauty
  • Go to the "Subscriptions" section
  • Select the SKINOVA Box subscription you wish to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

3. WHEN CANCELLATION TAKES EFFECT

Once you request to cancel your subscription:

  • Cancellation will be processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future periods after the cancellation becomes effective
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your cancellation is processed

4. CHARGES AND BILLING

  • There is no penalty for canceling your subscription
  • No cancellation fee is charged
  • If you cancel during an active billing period, you will not be charged for the next period
  • If a scheduled charge cannot be processed, the corresponding SKINOVA Box will not be sent

5. COMMITMENT PERIOD

There is no minimum commitment period for the SKINOVA Box subscription.
You can cancel at any time without obligation.

6. PAUSE OPTION

Currently, we do not offer a temporary pause option. If you wish to temporarily stop receiving SKINOVA Box, you will need to cancel your subscription and resubscribe later.

7. SUBSCRIPTION REACTIVATION

If you cancel your subscription and wish to receive it again:

  • You can reactivate at any time
  • Just resubscribe at skinova.beauty
  • The new subscription will start according to the selected cycle

8. PENDING ORDERS

If an order has already been processed before cancellation:

  • You will receive that order normally
  • The already processed charge remains
  • No future charges will be generated

9. SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS

Before canceling, you can modify:

  • Delivery frequency
  • Payment method
  • Shipping address

10. SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT RETURNS

SKINOVA Boxes are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
